Disassembly
Removing and Replacing the Keypad PC Board
1. 2. Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, transceiver PC board, and front housing, as described in the procedures. Use the plastic tweezers to remove the end of the coaxial cable from the chassis assembly (see Figure 29).

Figure 29. Removing and Replacing the Keypad PC Board 3. 4. 5. 6. Turn the keypad PC board over and remove the Board to Board (B2B) connector. To replace, align the keyboard connector of the keyboard with the keyboard connector on the transceiver board and press it into place. Thread the coaxial cable through the front hole in the front housing and alongside the keypad PC board. Reassemble the transceiver PC board, rear housing, battery, and battery cover as described in the procedures.
